How to Prepare Maa’s Return Tea Blend

1.Boil the Water:

•Bring 8-10 oz of purified or spring water to a gentle boil.

•For stronger infusions, simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow the herbs to release their full potency.

2.Add the Herbs:

•Add 1 tablespoon of Maa’s Return Tea Blend to the hot water.

•For a more potent brew, use a tea infuser, muslin bag, or allow the herbs to float freely.

3.Steep with Intention:

•Cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes to allow the medicinal properties
