• Custom herbal blends or specialized items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during purchase.

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
• International shipping is available; however, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Issues:
• Eternal Maa is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

2. Exchange Policy
Product Eligibility:
• We accept exchanges for unopened and unused herbal products (not including yoni eggs) within 7 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened items cannot be exchanged.
Exchange Process:
1. Contact us at embodhimentlife@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.
2. Return the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
3. Once received, we will process the exchange. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions on how to return or replace the product at no additional cost.
